Whether you’re an existing customer of Acacia Federal Savings Bank or just happened to stumble upon us, we welcome you to our blog.
To be honest, we weren’t really sure if we wanted to create a blog at all. How often would we update it? What kind of stuff would we include? Would anyone read it? After all, it’s not like we’re the only company — financial or otherwise — that has a blog.
But after giving it some thought, and checking out some other bank blogs, we decided we really could bring some value to you, the consumer. And by value we don’t mean here’s-why-our-bank-is-so-much-better-than-the-others (although we really are), or here’s-how-our-bank-can-save-you-more- money (although we really can). Instead, we’re committed to sharing thoughts and ideas on how you can better manage your personal finances, regardless where you bank.
You’ll find information about budgeting, savings, spending, credit, and other topics that relate to personal finances. We might throw in some stats and numbers — after all, we are bankers! — but we’re going to keep things pretty simple and straightforward. You might find some posts more relevant than others, but what you’ll always find is common sense.
